VANCOUVER, B.C. - Immune Network Research Ltd. (VSE: IMM) announced today that the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Victor Jones as President and Director, effective immediately. Mr. Jones resigned in order to pursue other business interests but will continue to assist the Company as a consultant, as needed.
The Company is currently in discussions with several individuals who may be involved in forming a new management team to move ahead with the Company's existing HIV antibody project and to transform the business strategy of the Company.
